Disappointed with my visit tonight. Vivek Flowers lists online hours until 9:30pm, and I arrived at 9:00pm — well within that window. It was festival season and the store was busy with customers, which is great for them, but the owner stood at the door and turned us away, saying they had too many people inside to let anyone else in. I understand being busy, but as a customer-facing business, turning away paying customers well before closing time sends the wrong message. I've shopped here before as late as 9:25pm without issue, so this felt inconsistent and off-putting. If you're this stressed by a full store, it might be worth rethinking how you handle peak hours — because this is exactly how you lose returning customers. We went elsewhere tonight and won't be back. Can't recommend.

Poor customer service - rude and unhelpful employees. My sister's WEDDING garlands went bad even though they were picked up the day before and taken care of correctly. Terrible place to do your business. Find your puja stuff from different stores rather than overpaying for the convenience here, I guarantee half of your stuff will be spoiled if it comes from here. Garbage store, should be shut down. Look at the reviews before buying here. I'd rather drive 4 hours for better customer service and quality than pay for this overpriced garbage.

We ordered garlands for our wedding that were spoiled by the next day. I kept them refrigerated and sealed in the bag tightly. The only reason I ordered from this store is because my previous garland independent business was unavailable. I called a couple of months before my wedding to inquire about customization and was advised on the phone to stop by the store in person to discuss. We visited from 1.5 hours away and the store employee just says, "order online." Each question I asked was just met with one-word answers. Why tell us to come to the store to discuss when your employees are completely clueless and do not want to engage in conversation? Might as well not have had the employee in there at all with the absolute lack of help she was willing to provide. Nevertheless, I placed my order 2 weeks in advance as recommended. I called before my wedding to confirm my garlands had been shipped. I said "I placed an order for garlands and am calling to see if they are ready for pick up." Person on phone says "yes they are here." Not even going to confirm my name or date of pickup? I went to the store to pick up garlands. Idk if it's some cultural barrier, but the employees have li

For Indian religious paraphernalia, it is a nice place to buy all under one roof. Plenty of parking around, you can also get local wooden carvings, brass and other metal collectibles and pooja items.

Update: I removed the update about appreciation, because they are mixing the bad and fresh flowers again. If you point it out to them, the incharge lady at the store will argue that the flowers are fresh, even while you are showing her the rottten flowers in the pack in her hands. She will not let it go. If you insist and back out of buying, then she will agree to pack a new bag for you. I wish they don't give such a bad experience, even to regular returning customers. Catch: now the zip lock bags are filled somewhere between 2/3rd to 3/4th only. So either you have to choose 1/4th empty bag of fresh flowers or full bag of rotten flower mix. Old Review: Unfortunately, each bag contains mix of fresh and rotten flowers. They are mixing old stock and fresh stock. The same batch of flowers will never age with such difference. This is a deliberate business tactic. Hope they maintain quality by avoiding the mixing. Look carefully before buying.
